Sheppey is a hundred of Kent that forms part of the Lathe of Scray. It comprises the isle of Sheppey, but not the conjoined islands of Elmley (Milton hundred) or Harty (Faversham hundred). It is often treated as part of Milton hundred, but also as a hundred in its own right, such as on Ordnance Survey maps. It had a population of 40,237 in 2011.
