Barkley is a hundred of Kent that forms part of the Lathe of Scray. It is bounded by Cranbrook Hundred to the west; by Calehill to the north; by Blackborne and Tenterden hundreds to the east; and by Rolvenden to the south.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:
