Longport Hundred

Longport or Langport is a hundred of Kent that occupies the southern part of Romney Marsh. It forms the most southerly part of the Lathe of Shepway and indeed the whole county. It is bounded by St Martin's Longport to the north; and by Sussex to the south-west. It had a population of 7,830 in 2011.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:
- Broomhill (part)*
- Lydd
- Midley (part)†
- New Romney (part)‡
- Old Romney†
*: Mostly in Sussex.
†: Partly in St Martin's Longport.
‡: Small part west of the Rhee Wall.
