Ham is a hundred of Kent that forms part of the Lathe of Shepway. It is bounded by Blackborne in the Lathe of Scray to the west; by Chart and Longbridge in the Lathe of Scray to the north; by Bircholt Franchise to the north-east; by Newchurch to the east; and by Aloesbridge. It had a population of 2,884 in 2011.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:
- Orlestone (part)*
- Ruckinge (part)†
- Snave (part)‡
- Shadoxhurst (part)§
- Warehorne (part)‖
*: Detached parts in Blackborne hundred (Lathe of Scray).
†: Mostly in Newchurch.
‡: Small detached parts; mostly in Aloesbridge, but also has a part in St Martin's Longport.
§: Extends into Blackborne and Chart and Longbridge (both Lath of Scray).
‖: Extends into Blackborne and Aloesbridge.
