Twyford Hundred, shown within the Lathe of Aylesford and Kent

Twyford is a hundred of Kent that forms part of the Lathe of Aylesford. It is bounded by Littlefield to the north-west; by Larkfield and Aylesford to the north; by Maidstone to the east; by Marden to the south-west; by Brenchley and Horsmonden to the south; and by Washlingstone and Tunbridge Lowey to the south-west. It had a population of 11,285 in 2011.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:
