Bircholt Franchise, shown within the Lathe of Shepway and Kent

Bircholt Franchise is a hundred of Kent that forms part of the Lathe of Shepway. It is bounded by Chart and Longbridge in the Lathe of Scray to the north-west; by Bircholt Barony to the north; by Street to the south-east; by Newchurch and Ham to the south-west. It had a population of 1,638 in 2011.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:

: Detached part; mostly in Bircholt Barony but also extends into Wye hundred (Lathe of Scray).
*: Mostly in Chart and Longbridge (Lathe of Scray).
