Ouse and Derwent Wapentake shown within the East Riding and Yorkshire

Ouse and Derwent is a wapentake of the East Riding of Yorkshire, consisting of the westerly part of the riding, between the River Ouse and the River Derwent. Adjacent wapentakes in the East Riding are Harthill to the east and Howdenshire to the south-east. To the north-west lies the city of York within the walls; and to the west the wapentake of Barkston Ash in the West Riding. Including suburbs of York in the East Riding, it had a population of 43,121 in 2011.

It comprises the following ancient parishes:
