Hang West
Hang West is a wapentake of the North Riding of Yorkshire. Surrounding wapentakes are Hang East to the east; West Gilling to the north; and to the south in the West Riding: Staincliffe and Ewcross and Claro. There is a short border with Westmorland to the west. Hang West had a population of 10,933 in 2011.
