Ryedale
Ryedale is a wapentake in the North Riding of Yorkshire, adjacent to the East Riding. It is bounded by Bulmer Wapentake to the south; by Birdforth to the west; by Langbaurgh to the north; by Pickering Lythe to the east; and by Buckrose in the East Riding to the south. In 2011, it had a population of 18,015.
