Botloe is a hundred of Gloucestershire, in the north-west of the county, adjacent to the borders with Herefordshire and Worcestershire. It is bounded to the north by Herefordshire; to the north-east by Worcestershire; to the south-east by Dudstone and King's Barton hundred; and to the south-west by the Duchy of Lancaster Hundred.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:
