Bampton hundred in Oxfordshire

Bampton Hundred is one of the hundreds of Oxfordshire, named after the village of Bampton, which it contains. It is situated in the west of the county, bounded to the west by Gloucestershire; to the north by Chadlington Hundred; to the east by Wootton Hundred; and to the south by Berkshire. It had a population of 50,123 in 2011, increasing to 51,142 if detached parts are disregarded.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:
