Plomesgate Hundred shown within Suffolk

Plomesgate is a hundred in Suffolk, situated in the east of the county. It is bounded by Blything to the north; by Hoxne to the north-west; by Loes to the west; and by Wilford to the south-west. It had a population of 11,769 in 2011.

It contains the following ancient parishes:
