The Mot, otherwise known as Little Motley, is a small, bare island lying just over a quarter of a mile south of Motley Island, an outlying island of the Lively Island Group, off East Falkland, in the Falkland Islands. The islands are just off the coast of Lafonia, the southern part of East Falkland.
