Allerdale above Derwent ward in Cumberland

Allerdale above Derwent Ward is one of the wards of Cumberland. It is situated in the south of the county, bounded to the south-east by Lancashire; to the east by Westmorland; to the north-east and north by Allerdale below Derwent Ward; and to the west by the Irish Sea.

The hundred comprises the ancient parishes of:

*: Townships of Briery, Keswick, Underskiddaw, and St Johns Castlerigg and Wythburn in Allerdale below Derwent Ward.

The ward is the most populous of the wards of Cumberland, with a population of 110,407 in 2011.
