Little Wickams Cay is an area of Road Town, the capital of the British Virgin Islands.

Little Wickams Cay was once a little island, lying beside Wickams Cay, in the bay before Road Town, just off the shore of Tortola. However a land reclamation scheme filled the strait between the three, joining Wickams and Little Wickams to Tortola and allowing the town to spread over them in new 69 acre development ("Wickams Cay"; 18°25’37"N, 64°36’49"E) of hotels, commerce, a cruise ship quay and yachting marinas.
