Ludborough is a wapentake in the Parts of Lindsey, the northern division of Lincolnshire. It had a population of 1,365 in 2011. It is bounded by Bradley Haverstoe to the north; and by Louth-Eske Hundred to the south. There is also a short border with Walshcroft to the very west.
It comprises the following ancient parishes:
- Brackenborough
- Covenham St Bartholomew & St Mary
- Fotherby
- Little Grimsby
- Ludborough
- North Ormsby
- Utterby
- Wyham cum Cadeby
