Walshcroft, shown within Lindsey, Lincolnshire

Walshcroft is a wapentake in the Parts of Lindsey, the northern division of Lincolnshire. It had a population of 11,200 in 2011. It is bounded by Yarborough to the north; by Bradley Haverstoe to the north-east; by Wraggoe to the south-east; by Lawress to the south-east; and by Aslacoe to the west. There is also a short border with Ludborough to the very east.

It comprises the following ancient parishes:
