West Devon Way

The West Devon Way is a waymarked long-distance footpath running for 36 miles through western Devon.
The route runs from Okehampton southwards over the western fringes of the Dartmoor National Park's moorland country, then on to Tavistock and southwards to Plymouth through gentler Devon countryside.
The trailheads are:
Linking paths
- The Tarka Trail into North Devon, in Okehampton town centre;
- The Dartmoor Way;
- The Two Castles Trail to Launceston (sharing the route from Okehampton; diverging by Lake;
- The Granite Way (at Meldon Viaduct and by a bridleway link at Lake)
