Llangattock-Nigh-Usk is an ancient parish in the Vale of Usk of Monmouthshire. It is located 3½ miles south-south-east of Abergavenny and forms part of the Abergavenny Hundred. It is also known as Llangattock-Juxta-Usk.

Like many other places in the county, the parish church is dedicated to St Cadoc. This, as well as the parish's location on the River Usk give rise to its name, in either form.

The parish contains the villages of Penpergwm and The Bryn. The original A40 trunk road (now the B4598) was bypassed in the 1970s and it now has no junctions with any local roads between Raglan and Abergavenny. As a result, the original route is now much quieter.
