Penpergwm is a village in Monmouthshire, situated along the A40 road, four miles south-east of Abergavenny and 19 miles west of Monmouth. The village was formerly host to a railway station on the line from Newport to Hereford but it closed in 1958.[1][2] The former station house is now a private residence.[3]
The former British politician Francis Pym was born in Penpergwm Lodge in the village.[4]
