Driesh is a mountain in Angus, which reaches a height of 3,107 feet at its summit, and so it qualifies as a Munro.
Together with neighbouring Mayar (3,044 feet), this is one of the most easterly of the Munros.
The mountain is to be found a few miles north of the village of Kirriemuir in Angus. The closeness of Driesh to the city of Dundee makes it a popular mountain with locals; in many ways making it the Dundonian equivalent to Ben Lomond near Glasgow.
