Eyebroughy, with rocks in foreground

Eyebroughy (or archaically Ibris) is an islet in the Firth of Forth, lying 200 yards off mainland East Lothian. The rock is basaltic and Lower Carboniferous in origin.

The isle is not far from Gullane and three miles from North Berwick. It forms part of the parish of Dirleton.

Eyebroughty is today an RSPB reserve, and is noted for its cormorants.
