Maiden Castle Bridge is a modern footbridge over the River Wear on the outskirts of Durham, along a riverside footpath by the Iron Age fort here known as Maiden Castle, and Maiden Castle Wood.
In design, the bridge is similar to the Penny Ferry Bridge.
