Lester Cove, lying between Steinheil Point and Forbes Point, forms the south-west arm of Andvord Bay on the Danco Coast of Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The cove was photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition and surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from 'Danco Island' in 1956-57. It is named after Maxime Charles Lester (1891-1957), Master Mariner, who with T.W. Bagshawe (form whom Bagshawe Glacier is named) wintered at Waterboat Point in 1921 on the British Antarctic Expedition of 1920-22, and who served with Discovery Investigations in the 1926-27 season and aboard the William Scoresby in the 1928-29 season.
