The Bagshawe Glacier is a glacier which drains the north-eastern slopes of Mount Theodore and flows northward to discharge into Lester Cove on Andvord Bay on the Danco Coast.

The mouth of this glacier was sketched by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition in February 1898. It was roughly surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Norsel in April 1955 and photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition in 1956-57

The glacier was named after Thomas Wyatt Bagshawe (1901-76), who with M.C. Lester (whose name is given to Lester Cove) wintered near Andvord Bay on the British Antarctic Expedition, 1920-22.
