Derwen's Celtic Cross
Derwen is a rural village in the south of Denbighshire adjacent to the border with Merionethshire. It lies approximately half-way between Ruthin in the former and Corwen in the latter county. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 454.
An old Celtic Cross stands in the village, near the church, dating from the early Middle Ages.
