Beacon's Bottom, also known as Bacon's Bottom,[1] is a hamlet in the parish of Stokenchurch in Oxfordshire.
It is situated on the A40 road between Stokenchurch and Piddington across the border in Buckinghamshire. It was one of the principal sites of 19th-century chair-making industry in the High Wycombe area, known locally as bodging.[2][3]
