Flitholme is a hamlet in the parish of Musgrave, in Westmorland.

It is located on an unclassified road about a quarter of a mile away from the A66 road, north of the course of the River Eden. The old Eden Valley Railway used to run through the village, now long since closed and the track lifted.

The county town, Appleby-in-Westmorland, is five miles north-west of Flitholme, and Kirkby Stephen about four miles to the south. Also nearby are such villages as Warcop, Great Musgrave, Little Musgrave and Brough under Stainmore and Langrigg.
