Penllyn Hundred is one of the hundreds of Merionethshire, in the east of the county. It is bounded to the east by Edernion hunderd; to the south by Montgomeryshire; to the south-west by Taylbont and Mawddwy hundred; to the north-west by Ardudwy hundred; and to the north by Denbighshire. Penllyn hundred had a population of 4,349 in 2011.
