Estimaner

Estimaner Hundred in Merionethshire

Estimaner is one of the hundreds of Merionethshire, in the south of the county. It is bounded to the north by Talybont and Mawddwy hundred; to the south by Montgomeryshire and to the west by Cardigan Bay. Estimaner hundred had a population of 6,232 in 2011.

It comprises the ancient parishes of:

• Llanfihangel-y-Pennant^*
• Pennal
• Talyllyn
• Tywyn
