Greytree is a hundred of Herefordshire, in the south-east of the county, adjacent to the border with Gloucestershire. It is bounded by Wormelow to the west; by Grimsworth to the south-west; by Radlow to the north; and by Gloucestershire to the south and east. There are also short borders with Webtree and Grimsworth to the north-west. It had a population in 2011 of 20,166, rising slightly to 20,285 if detached parts are disregarded.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:
