Hen Island is a small island of Bermuda, in St George's Harbour, off the north-west point of Smith's Island: between Hen and Smith's is a small isle; Peggy's Island. The deep, dredged shipping channel into St George's Harbour passes just north of the island.
A human skeleton believed to belong to Thomas Squires, a gunman who died on the island in 1825, was unearthed in 2011.[1]
