The Hundred of Freshwell is a hundred of Essex, in the north of the county. It is the least populous of Essex's hundreds, with a population of 5,285 in 2011. It neighbours Uttlesford Hundred to the west; Hinckford Hundred to the east and south; and Dunmow Hundred to the south-west. To the north it is bounded by both Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
