Waterend is a hamlet in Oxfordshire, in the Chilterns a mile west of Stokenchurch, into which parish it falls. It is close by the border with Buckinghamshire; the Buckinghamshire hamlet of The City is a few hundred yards to the north.

The main A40 road is a short way to the south, and runs through Beacon's Bottom down the lane from Waterend.
