The Meillionen is a small river near Beddgelert in Caernarfonshire, at the wooded edge of Snowdonia. Its name is the Welsh Afon Mellionen, meaning "Clover River".

The river flows down Cwm Meillionen, a small valley which lies on the north-eastern side of Moel yr Ogof (2,149 feet). Much of the river's catchment area lies within Beddgelert Forest. Eventually it flows down to join its waters to those of the River Colwyn, which itself joins the River Glaslyn in the village of Beddgelert.

'"Meillionen'" is also the name of a farmhouse in the valley and of a forest camp site there, above Beddgelert, and from this it is the name also of a small halt on the Welsh Highland Railway, running between Caernarfon and Porthmadog.
