Lacuna Island is an outlying island of the Pitt Islands, the northernmost group of the Biscoe Islands off Graham Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The island was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from "Prospect Point" in 1957 and so named because it lies in a lacuna in the the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition air photographic coverage of 1956-57.
