Isacke Passage is a sea channel in the British Antarctic Territory, on the east side of Hanusse Bay, running between the Arrowsmith Peninsula on the mainland of the Loubet Coast and Liard Island. The channel may be used as the northern approach to Marguerite Bay through The Gullet.

The channel is named after Captain Christopher John Isacke, of the Royal Navy (b.1930), commanding HMS Endurance between 1972 and 1974.
