Gid Point is a sharp headland on the north coast of County Antrim, in the stretch known as the 'Causeway Coast': the Giant's Causeway is five miles to the west.
The point marks the western end of White Park Bay, whose eastern end is marked by the headland of Carrick-a-Rede.
A little village, Portbraddon stands beneath the cliffs by Gid Point.
The next headland west of Gid Point are at Geeragh, Contham and Bengore, with Benbane Head beyond.
