Menai is a hundred and commote of Anglesey, along the Menai Strait in the south of the island. Together with Tindaethwy it forms the cantref of Rhosyr. The hundred had a population of 11,342 in 2011.
It comprises the ancient parishes of:
- Llanddaniel Fab
- Llanedwan
- Llanffinnan
- Llanfihangel Ysgeifiog
- Llangaffo
- Llangefni
- Llangeinwen
- Llangwyllog
- Llanidan
- Newborough
- Rhodogeidio (det.)
- Rhoscolyn (det. on Holy Island)
