Pandy Tudur is a village in Denbighshire, in the valley of the River Conwy (through which runs the county's border with Caernarfonshire to the west), five miles north-east of Llanrwst.

The village takes its name from the fulling mill, or 'pandy' which was located there.

The 2001 census recorded that 55.5% of the population are able to speak the Welsh language, the highest percentage being primary school children taught the language in school. Children in the village mostly attend a small primary school in the nearby village of Llangernyw.

The village has a parish church.

Nearby stand the turbines of Moel Maelogan wind farm.
