Mullach Clach a'Bhlair is mountain amongst the south-western Cairngorms, in Inverness-shire. Below the mountain is Glen Feshie.
The mountain reaches 3,343 feet and so is a Munro. Mullach Clach a' Bhlair is the most south westerly Munro in the Cairngorms. For all its height though it has no dramatic summit; down to the glen is a precipitous slope but the top of the mountain itself is in the nature of a featureless moorland plateau.
Beyond Glen Feshie, to the east, are the higher more impressive slopes of Braeriach and beyond it Cairn Toul. The summit is the highest point of the gentle dome which is the top of the mountain, and is marked by a cairn. From there the hillside slopes away gently before dropping swiftly down over the heather-clad slopes to Glen Feshie.
Ascent
A convenient track leads up over the mountain, suitable for Landrovers as for walkers, and it gets to within a few yards of the summit point. Thus Mullach Clach a' Bhlàir is one of the easiest Munros in the Cairngorms to climb, if one of the hardest to spell.
