Brownshall Hundred shown within Dorset

Brownshall Hundred is a hundred in Dorset, situated in the west of the county, adjacent to the border with Somerset. It is bounded by Sherborne Hundred to the west and south-east; by Redlane to the north; and by Somerset to the north-west. It had a population of 3,148 in 2011, rising to 3,511 if detached parts are disregarded.
