Llangattock-Nigh-Usk is an ancient parish in the Vale of Usk of Monmouthshire. It is located 3½ miles south-south-east of Abergavenny and forms part of the Abergavenny Hundred. It is also known as Llangattock-Juxta-Usk.

Like many other places in the county, the parish church is dedicated to St Cadoc. This, as well as the parish's location on the River Usk gives rise to its name, in either form.
