Wormley Hill is a tiny hamlet in the West Riding of Yorkshire, consisting of just a few houses at the T-junction of lanes beside the River Don.
This is the floodplain of the Don where the river is canalised and embanked, the land flat and level with no discernable hill from which the hamlet might take its name. There are many hamlets scattered across the fen, and the nearest churched villages are Sykehouse to the west and Fishlake to the south.
