Data |
The Verdant Islands are a clutch of barely separated, tiny islands amongst the Willis Islands, which lie off the western tip of South Georgia. They lie to the south-east of Trinity Island.
The islands were charted by Discovery Investigations in 1930 and named from the conspicuous green of these well-vegetated islets.
