Urray is a scattered village and parish in southern Ross-shire. The parish includes Muir of Ord and Marybank and stretches for some 32 miles to Loch Monar. The southern boundary of the parish also forms the county border with Inverness-shire as far as Loch Monar, beyond where it is bounded by the Ross parish of Lochalsh. To the north lie Lochcarron, Contin and Fodderty. To the east are Urquhart and Logie Wester and Killearnan.
The village consists of Easter Urray, Old Urray and Wester Urray and lies two miles north-west of Muir of Ord and a mile and a half east of Marybank in the east of the parish.
