The Seal Rocks are a long, thing ridge of rock forming two small, bare islands amongst the Jason Islands, a group of islands and islets extending out to the north-west from the main group of the Falkland Islands.
The Seal Rocks are in the east of the group, lying between Flat Jason Island to the west and North Fur Island to the east.
The rocks are uninhabited by man but provide a breeding ground for elephant seals and seabirds.
