Jason East Cay is a small island amongst the Jason Islands, which stretch north-westward from the main group of the Falkland Islands. East Cay lies to the west of Steeple Jason Island. East Cay and Jason West Cay which lies further west, are the westernmost islands of the group and the northernmost of all the Falkland Islands.
