River Mole, Devon

The River Mole a small river in Devon that is a tributary of the River Taw.
The Mole rises on the south-western border of Exmoor, on the Darlick Moors and North Molton Ridge of Exmoor, above North Radworthy and South Radworthy whence, after absorbing several moorside bourns, it turns south at Heasley Mill and flows to the market towns of North and South Molton, from which it takes its name. The river was previously known as the Nymet,[1] giving a name to King's Nympton, a village a mile from the lower course of the river.
The Mole falls into the River Taw at teh Junction Pool soon afterwards.
