Patchetts Green is a hamlet in south-western Hertfordshire, to the south of Aldenham and west of Letchmore Heath. At the western edge of the hamlet runs the M1 motorway, which, with the parallel A41, separates the hamlet from the raw trading estates at the edge of Bushey.
The village pub is The Three Compasses on Pegmire Lane.
